Mr. Jasso has significant experience in private equity, investment banking, and operations. In 1999, Mr. Jasso co-founded Indigo Capital and serves as a Managing Partner.
Previously, he served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan & Co., in New York. Mr. Jasso's investment banking and private equity record is complemented by earlier career experiences in operations in Japan, France, and Mexico.
After earning a B.S. in mechanical engineering from ITESM - Monterrey Institute of Technology, Mr. Jasso received an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Jasso is a Co-Founder of Torrecom Partners and member of the board of FCP Euro, Promotora Ambiental, Torrecom Partners, Preferred Service, Communications Tower Group, Kellogg Supply Company (KSC, LLC).
Mr. Woldenberg brings over two decades of experience in private equity and investment banking. He co-founded Indigo Capital with Mr. Jasso and is a Managing Partner of the firm.
Prior to co-founding Indigo Capital, Mr. Woldenberg was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan & Co., in New York. While there, he served a diverse group of clients in the region, assisting on significant advisory and financing transactions.
Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Mr. Woldenberg earned a joint bachelor's degree in economics and East Asian studies from Columbia University in New York. Mr. Woldenberg is Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Torrecom Partners and member of the board of Communications Tower Group, and Kellogg Supply Company (KSC, LLC).
