Management teams want to know we won't sell out from under them, and investors want to know we won't hold forever. Both are fair. Our answer is the same: we exit when the business is ready and the price reflects what it's become – not when a calendar or a market cycle tells us to.

Active Ownership
Our founders sit on the board of every company we back, and we bring in operators we know can deliver. Ricardo Loor was COO at one of our companies before we launched CTG with him. Rebecca Remley had already built Terra Chips when she joined us at Wedderspoon.
